GAMMADOL ® is a combination of ketorolac and tramadol which is an analgesic indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe acute home (back pain, fractures, dislocations, sprains, cancer) in the treatment of postoperative pain, in the treatment of dental pain, migraine, headaches and the treatment of neuropathic pain. The pharmacology of oral combination analgesics rational therapy is for pain by different mechanisms of action, particularly an NSAID such as ketorolac and an opioid such as tramadol. Ketorolac is a carboxylic acid pyrrolizine structurally related to indomethacin, belongs to the group of NSAIDs and has been used mainly for its analgesic activity. Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic with two mechanisms of action that act synergistically to produce pain relief, compared with other opioids, has a low potential for abuse and dependence development. Both components of the formula is absorbed quickly and completely after oral administration.
